esigner Mignonne Gavigan and former Bergdorf Goodman buyer, Laetitia Stanfield, launched the debut collection of Roarke "Le Marais" in 2009, giving full expression to the concept of statement accessories.
Mignonne was raised in Charlotte, North Carolina and graduated from UNC Chapel Hill. She studied abroad at the Sorbonne in Paris and fell in love with the city, to which she later returned to study fashion design at Parsons.
Upon completion of her studies, she moved to New York City and has since worked for Marc Jacobs, Asprey and FORM, a small design collective.
Laetitia was raised between the fashion epicenters of New York City and Paris, as well as the rolling

Upon their meeting in 2009, Mignonne and Laetitia both felt that something was missing from the market and decided to join forces to create the debut collection of ROARKE.
ROARKE "Le Marais" collection presents something new and fresh in jewelry design - striking beaded chiffon necklaces and bracelets that are unique and eye catching. "Le Charlot", the iconic beaded bib necklace, is the perfect statement piece for any outfit - either with jeans and a tee during the day, or a little black dress at night. The "Le Marias" collection will be sure to get a standing ovation from friends, coworkers and strangers alike.
